Stuck at Powering Up

Product Name: AltaLink C8030 / C8035 / C8045 / C8055 / C8070 Color Multifunction Printer


I have a Xerox Altalink C8045 and it had been working perfectly for the past 2 years.  This morning, an user rebooted the copier and it is stuck at powering on for the past few hours.  The message displayed on the screen is, "Please wait, the system is powering up."  I have tried unplugging the power cable and waited 2 minutes before plugging back in, and that didn't work.  Appreciate for any suggestions to resolve this issue.

What is writing on the 7 segment display on the SBC PWB?
