Stuck at Powering Up

Product Name: AltaLink C8030 / C8035 / C8045 / C8055 / C8070 Color Multifunction Printer

Hello,

I have a Xerox Altalink C8045 and it had been working perfectly for the past 2 years.  This morning, an user rebooted the copier and it is stuck at powering on for the past few hours.  The message displayed on the screen is, "Please wait, the system is powering up."  I have tried unplugging the power cable and waited 2 minutes before plugging back in, and that didn't work.  Appreciate for any suggestions to resolve this issue.

What is writing on the 7 segment display on the SBC PWB?

Not sure if this is what you need . The system is powering on.Do not press power switch while system is powering on>

Sorry, this is a Color cube 8700 and I 'm not savy! I was trying to do a manual override and thought I was doing what it wanted! It has been reding on the top of the screen for hours that it was powering up and not to press the power switchwhile it was doing the power up! I have pressed the power switch after giving it overnight to finish it's sequence The machine doesn't change the message. I can't log on as Admin ! don't know next step! help!
