Hello Rodolfomarinez,
I see no one has responded to this post yet. So, at this point I would recommend contacting your local Xerox Support Department to speak with a Product Specialist for more assistance. Please call 1-800-821-2797.
Hi everyone,
I am new to these forums and hope that there is someone around that could assist with an older machine. This machine hadn't been online in years, and I set it to auto DHCP so that I could use it with my computers at home. After awhile, I received a message on the screen that there was a software update in progress.
For over an hour now, the machine displays this message, then goes to the update screen, but the indicator never moves past 0. I can't print any system reports (as it says that it is waiting for the network controller service) and just keeps trying to update. I have updated the time to be correct and did a software reset and full power down. It still keeps trying to update, even though I have unplugged the ethernet cable. It keeps staying at 0 and rebooting. I can no longer access any network settings as it gives the network controller services error, so I imagine that the only connection left to the machine is via USB (can't get it to work on Win10, so might have to try booting up an XP virtualbox)
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!
