The only thing I can find is to check the power outlet for power. If that doesn't help, please call Support for more assistance: 1-800-821-2797
Our WorkCentre 3335 can't even get to the home screen anymore. We have tried resetting, unplugging, and more recently a factory reset but nothing changes.
It gets to the loading screen which says "Workcentre 3335" with the green loading bar underneath, but never moves beyond that. We can still use the USB print feature but nothing else seems to work.
Any ideas out there?
