Help! My printer won’t go past “powering on”. I was installing updates and I lost power, now when I turn it on it just says “powering up” and the help button flashes. Tried booting from usb but the USB ports either aren’t powering up or they aren’t recognizing the drives, I’ve tried 4 different drives. The seven segment display by the Ethernet port is showing 5 and I think someone said it meant corrupt SD card. Would that be the issue preventing me from booting? Any help is appreciated!
