Hi sijo12,
Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please try the steps in the article Power the Printer Off and On and Reset the GFI Breaker. If that does not work please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.
We have a secondhand WC7535 that has been working fine for over a year, and has suddenly started to reboot at unpredictable moments. Mostly when already in the boot process, but it did recover one or two times to the regular screen, trying to use it then would cause a reboot.
Sometime it crashes (top right button lights up, machine unrecoverable apart from hard power toggle) instead of reboot.
Altboot/software reinstall succeeds every time, but the reboot that should follow pressing the '0' button is unpredictable, I'd even say that the control unit seems not very responsive (pressing 0 does not work immediately).
I exchanged the harddrive to rule out that problem. Install goes through fine until when I need to press the 0 button to reboot (see above).
Any suggestions or hint as to what component may be causing this (and how to resolve, if not just replacing) would be much appreciated!
