We do not have an eta for the fix for th the VersaLink C7025. I recommend you contact our service department and request assistnace from a service technician, 1-800-821-2797 or 1-800-835-6100.
as colleague of Steuber I know what he is referring to. The problem is with a specific SMTP server that we cannot set up correctly on a C7020/25/30, but that does work on a B605 with the latest SPAR firmware.
I created an email address that can be used to troubleshoot this issue. If you'd like to see if you can make that work on a C7025, I can sent you (or anyone) the server and login details in a private message.
Any WorkCentre or Altalink doesn't have problems with these settings, regardless of the firmware version.
For the Versalink series it seems to be solved with the latest SPAR available for the B605, but not for the C7025. (even though the server itself doesn't work on TLS1.3, we expect that there has also been some kind of fix in that latest firmware for TLS (1.2) support)
The main question for this ticket was when we can expect that this same fix to be available for C7025 as well.

One of our customers can't scan to email anymore because the lack of support for TLS 1.3 on Xerox Versalink C7025.
It looks like other Versalink models are supporting it already, an example is the Versalink B605 which has an option for TLS 1.3 in the security settings. Firmware running at 33.80.62
Versalink C7025 latest SPAR release is 57.73.92 and doesn't have TLS 1.3, see screenshot.
When can we expect the new software for the Xerox Versalink 7025 including TLS 1.3 support?
