Following his suggestions, I had to investigate how to enter the diagnostic mode to be able to reset the memory.
The Xerox 4265 is entered by pressing the # and login keys simultaneously and entering the default password 1934.
Once this was done, your procedure worked without any problems.

be sure that all address books and machine settings will be reset to default
1.Get a Clone File or print configuration .fax phone bookand email address books reports
2.perform a Memory Clear. ,
>>Diaganostic > other routines > memory clear
3. reinstall the Clone File or configure manually the settings .
When the machine starts it works once or twice well. Then, when you take out a copy send an email the following message is displayed:
"The UI es not being displayed correctly. Restart yor task from the Home Screen. Press Home button to go back to Home. Contacts to service if the problem persists."
After you get this message the icons become small and show services that have not been configured. Trying to make a copy shows the previous error message and does not make the copy. When it comes to sending an email it shows a message that the email can not be sent due to an unknown error. Print and network scanning services work well.
