Hello AnnLee,

There are no Alt-boot steps listed online for this device. You may try upgrading the firmware with CWIS, if that doesn't work, you would need to call Support: 1-800-821-2797 (USA)

The machine keep shutting down by itself

Product Name: Phaser 7800
Operating System: Apple iOS

Someone suggested me to use a ALTBOOT usb to fix the problem. Would you please list out the steps on how to solve the problem.
