Please give this a try.  If you are still having issues after trying these steps, I suggest that you call into our support department for assistance @ 1-800-821-2797 

  1. Power down the device using both power switches. 
  2. Locate the network cable at the rear, right side of the device.
  3. Disconnect the network cable.
  4. Power the device back on.
  5. Wait until the device is completely powered up (approximately 3 minutes).

    Note: If enabled, a Configuration Report will print once the device is fully powered on.

  6. Reconnect the network cable

The printer restarts again and again

Product Name: WorkCentre 7220/7225
Operating System: Windows 10

Hello, the printer boots, when it is up it can be operated for about 2minutes, but then it shuts down and restarts. The whole thing in an endless loop!
What can I do?
