Happy new year evrey one!!
I have Workcentre 7535 has startup issue, after the welcome screen finish loading there is messgae says " the machine is not available, reset the machine turn the power off and wait 2 minutes" I tried to turn it it off and wait more than 2 minutes but still the same screen show again, I tried to access to the IP but nothing showing, is that firmware issue?
