We just recieved 3-unit Imaging Unit Kit for our Phaser 7400*. When I opened the yellow unit's bag I found that the bag and unit are covered in yellow toner. I checked the other two units and they also have a layer of toner in the bag and on the units (not as bad as the yellow).
In the past there's always been a little toner on the units (I assume from testing the unit) but never this much. Is it normal to sometimes have a layer of toner on everything?
*The kit is a Xerox product (not 3rd party or remanufactured) bought from Amazon (looks like they got it from Ingram Micro).
