The WorkCentre Pro 245 devices accurately indicated when Toner was empty.
We would never let the device get below 5% before changing.
Our WorkCentre 5645 devices do not accurately reflect how much Toner is left.
The Toner bottles are definitely not empty and we can print for another week before they feel as empty as the empty Toner bottles in the WCP 245 devices.
Both devices use the same Toner bottles.
Xerox support say we should ignore the warnings and change Toner when bottle is almost empty.
Is this good advice? Has something changed in the WC5645 devices?
