Toner leaking, cartridge stuck

Thanks for your reply. There may be no reason for the cartridges to be stuck, but they are stuck. I will just replace the printer.

Hi,

The drums on the cyan and yellow cartridges are used so you need to replace them. There is no reason to blockage of the cartridges so try a little hard to take them out.

When I print in color, I am getting blue and yellow toner on the left side of the paper (for some reason I can't import this photo right side up).

I tried removing the toner cartridge, and I discovered that the yellow and blue cartridges won't come out--the blue is stuck on its right side and the yellow seems to be stuck on both sides. Black and magenta come out with no trouble.

Any suggestions? I would give up on this old printer and get a new one, but I have a brand new black toner waiting to be installed, and it's too late to return it.
