Tray 1 is not working properly on my new WorkCentre 3335/3345. Sometime it just jams 1 sheet. Other times it will pick up 2 sheet when I print double sided. At other times it will pick up up 12 or 15 sheets and try to send them through causing a major jam. Everything works great feeding paper from the bypass tray. It will do single sided or double sided with out any issues. I'm hoping some one out there can help me. I've only had the unit for a few day. I love the machine and it will meet all my requirments except that I can not use Tray 1. Any suggestions you could give would be greatly apreciated. Thanks in advance.
