Re: Tray roll actuator damaging printout

Thank you. Unfortunately, I am not receiving any errors for the fuser and all diagnostics are fine.  The problem seems to be the Roll Actuator No Paper wheel (Tray 1 No Paper Sensor Actuator) on the Actuator Full Stack.  It seems to be digging into pages. All test print sheets print clearly with no spots, smears, etc.  Is there anyway to reset the "pressure" of this wheel so it doesn't dig in so deep?

Hi,

Check the fuser unit. It could be damaged.

Tray roll actuator damaging printout

Product Name: Phaser 6600
Operating System: Apple iOS
Printouts have a deep gouge running the length of the paper. The gouge lines up with the tray roll activator. Everything was working fine until after I printed business cards. Now paper is damaged using both Tray 1 and manual feed tray. Is there a way to trouble shoot or correct this issue? Researching for when I go back to work on Monday.
Thank you
