hello instead of a pcl driver i install the ps driver and now i only see the 8.5x11 paper not the 8.5x14

hello i found out that in the properties of the printer in device setting the number of tray was set to 2 trays 

the only one remain now is this one cannot go higher than 5 tray not sure why

on my printer property in widnows all tray except the tray 1 is unavailable 

and printing preferences i see yellow explamation mark 

any tipes here ?
