Hello danamyers, 

The device model you list above is now at end of support. When a product has reached the end of its support life, support and repair are no longer provided by Xerox.  Support materials including knowledge base articles, product documentation, drivers, firmware and videos are removed from the Xerox web site.

Turn on problem

Product Name: WorkCentre Pro 40 Color
Operating System: Windows 10

when turning on the copoer/printer the lights all flash and beep which is normal, but then the the lights next to job status and features start flashing and the screen stays dark (no images).  Please help!
