EWS > System > Remote Services upload (Click Settings to verify the time it attempts)
If the time there is different, verify the printer knows what time it actually is

2. Yeah, it can be shut off
EWS > System > Defaults and Policies
If needed, EWS = Enhanced Web Services which is just the web interface used to setup the printer, so take any browser that isn't Chrome/Edge (Chromium has serious issues with Xerox devices) and put the printers IP address in the address bar to access it.
