Hello Snajix,

I spoke with the Driver Team and this is the response I received:

We downloaded the release and it installed successfully.

One thing to keep in mind is that if someone is trying to use a VPN connection between the PC and the printer, it will most likely fail. The devices have maximum WebUI download timeout of 500 seconds. When using a VPN, at least the Xerox VPN, transmission speeds are slower and the time to transmit the upgrade file can exceed timeout.

What we have to do to work around this is establish a remote PC on the Xerox network. Then we use remote desktop to run the PC and upgrade machines from there.

Unable to download Firmware

Operating System: Windows 10 x64

Hi all,

I have tried to download the 57.59.01 firmware which is required before updating to the latest 57.64.01 encrypted firmware. 

Although the download completes fine, the Zip folder is showing as corrupt when I try to extract from it. This has happened on more than one machine and more than one network.

Does anyone know if Xerox have an FTP site where this can be download from, or if there is any other way to get the file?
