thanks for your reply. I'm not behind the proxy nor is my ISP. However I tried to download the file today again, and voila it works now! I guess they fixed it very recently. Thank you for notifying me!
Hi Markidis, I was able to download the firmware without issue on my home PC. If you are having an issue dowloanding, there my be a Proxy Server on your network that has the bad file. Some internet providers use a transparent proxy so you may ot even know if there is one between you and the Xerox server.
Try using a hotspot on a mobile phone, a coffee shop, or something like that. However, prior to doing that, I would clear your internet cache.

Hi all,
I have tried to download the 57.59.01 firmware which is required before updating to the latest 57.64.01 encrypted firmware.
The download is terminated by the server approximately at 3% of its size. Browser doesn't confirm the download and only a fraction of the file size is downloaded. This has happened on more than one machine and more than one network!

Is there another way to download the firmware files for C7030?
