Unable to wake up from sleep. After powering up again, only display red light and fan blowing.

Product Name: Phaser 8560
Operating System: Windows 10 x64

Just noticed that my printer was unable to wake up from sleep. Pressing the printer buttons (to wake it up) did nothing at all. Seems like everything just froze. Sending a print job didn't help either. So decided to turn it off and on again. Right now, it only displays red light with nothing on the screen. Fan is running but printer will not boot up or run the warm up procedures. Pulling out the plug and turning it on again doesn't help either. Need help.

I don't think I can update the settings or update the firmware if my printer is simply showing a red light with a blank screen. I also discovered that my printer doesn't have a hard drive - I learned some do but it has been working perfectly fine without one.

Any ideas how to fix this?
