Hello devchaos,

I couldn't find that exact mesage in our knowledge base. There are other communication messages and fault codes in KB that you can search on HERE.

Unexpected communications error. Cannot browse at this time

Product Name: VersaLink B605/B615 Multifunction Printer
Operating System: Not Applicable

Each time I want to scan to SMB and open "Scan to application", I'm getting this error "Unexpected communications error. Cannot browse at this time." If I press "Close", I can choose from Favorites my SMB contact and scan without problems. Why I'm getting this error?
My network configuration is: AD Windows 2012 R2 servers and Windows 10 with latest 1903 update. All computers in one 106.125.20.0/24 network. SW version of MFP version 33.42.1 . 
Please, help to solve this issue.
