I adjusted your dark photo a little hoping to be able to get some type of a model # off of it, but the photo is too blurry. I can't identify the printer visually, but hopefully someone else can.
Check the back/side of the machine. There should be a little plate on it that has the model #.
Our server recently crashed and now we are unable to find drivers for our wide format scanner. Does anybody know the model of this machine? I have additional pictures if needed
