Hi, there:

            We have an AltaLink C8055 and we tried to install the latest firmware using the following link:

https://www.support.xerox.com/support/altalink-c8000-series/file-download/engb.html?&contentId=13806...

But we got an error saying that "this patch is not intended for the software version". We wonder why this happened to our printer?
