The carriage drive was blocked. (plastic wheels).

You will need a tech to diagnose your machine.
It could be from Upper carriage home sensor, from Carriage drive train or from Marking unit driver PWB.

I have a problem with CQ9303. "upper print head carriage unexpected event, error code: 391-563".
Ink level is ok. Any ideas ?
