VL B400 Latency on ping test

Product Name: VersaLink B400 Printer

VL B400's replacing Phaser 3610s.  VL B400s are printing slow. 4 pages plain text takes 37-40 seconds. In troubleshooting, a ping test run to the VL B400s shows latency spikes but the 3610's do not.  Both VL B400s exhibit the exact same issue.

Firmware is at 37.31.81

Is there Power Saver settings for the Network Controller? Any other setting to look at? Any suggestions?
