VL B610 TRAY 1 JAM

Product Name: VersaLink B600/B610 Printer
Operating System: Windows 10 x64

Hello,

 

I have a problem with a VL B610, always jams in tray 1. I have changed a few things in the machine, i have changed tray 1 and i have changed chute assembly registration. From By pass Tray the machine is printing very good, main motor is ranning good i checked it in the diag mode.The error code is 071-100 which is a very general fault code. If i give a printing job from tray 1 the paper does bend juts after it gets feed and dosent go up at is should with the transfer roller and drum
