The display panel/touchscreen is unresponsive on our Versalink B405.
The device has just gone out of warranty.
Steps taken to resolve include powering the device down and disconnecting from the wall socket for a considerable amount of time.
Latest firmware and firmware service pack also applied.
If anyone else has this issue and managed to resolve it, please let me know.

Since your product is out of warranty you can call the billable part department to purchase a new display panel @1-800-828-5881.

Unfortunately I don't have a number for the parts department in Ireland, I do have a number for the support department they may be able to provide the parts number to you.
