Hi all
We have this printer since several months and are very happy with it. Today out of nothing, it crashes during printing and shows the error 116-357 on the display. When I look into the error log, I also see a 029-717 error alternating with 116-357.
Nothing was changed, the printer has the latest firmware and the driver on the computer was reinstalled after the first occurrence.
Does anyone know what exactly these two errors want to tell me and what I could try to solve them?
