Hi Phil_EFSL,

Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please review the solution for power save mode on your machine.  Confirm that you are following the correct procedures.  Make sure you have the most up to date firmware loaded on your machine.  If the machine is connected to the network via a cable make sure the cable is security attached.  If the problem continues please consider contacting your local support centre.

Versalink C405DN not waking from extended sleep

Product Name: VersaLink C405 Color Multifunction Printer

My new C405DN will go to sleep normally and wake up normally on posting a print job or pressing the power button on the control panel.

However, after extended sleep (eg overnight), it wont respond to print jobs or power button and requires a hard power cycle to wake it up again.

I've read through problems with other models and theire sleep mode in earlier posts, and all the solutions seem to be in the firmware.

I've recently pdated to 68.10.41 (4/4/17) and a 'check now' says there are no updates available.

 

Is there a config setting I'm missing?
