No idea, I am far from hardware trained. That stuff is always a paper feed issue of sorts, but I (we) leave it to the onsite techs.

The technician came in before I received your reply. He went into DC131 and reset the value to 0. It worked after that. The only problem I'm getting now is that the front-to-back registration is not consistent. It's jumping out of position, horizontally and vertically.
Any idea?

If you are service trained yourself, Go into DC301 and initialize IOT 1 and IOT 2.
