Hi!
Thank you for coming back to us, hopefully the issue will be resolved by the tech.

Tech was out and installed latest software. We are now able to adjust the Energy Saver to specific day/times. Machine is still having print issues after it has sat idle for several minutes and requires reboot still. Tech currently has a part on order.
Thx, Joe!
I didn't find it for some reason.
Hi again!
I would recommend calling xerox and asking for the latest SPAR release.
ask for version 072.110.145.05000 or higher.
right now the machine is set to exit sleep mode when receiving a new job, can you change that manually or is it locked to that?
Best Regards

It is happening in sleep mode. I'm not finding a way to disable any of the Energy Saver modes. I ran test by adjusting the Minutes to zero and to 30. No resolution. I also noted I'm not able to wake the machine up from the control panel.
Hi!
Is this happening in Standby Mode, Low-power mode and Sleep mode?
Best Regards

I've had our local Xerox support out here, and they updated the firmware. Machine is also plugged directly into a wall outlet and not a power strip. Problem persist. I've made calls to the support centre and am told to just reboot the machine. This machine takes about five to ten minutes to reboot, and I'm currently rebooting at least twice a day every day.
Hi Topher,
Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please make sure that you have the latest firmware available for you WorkCentre 6655. Also make sure that you have the machine plugged in directly to a wall outlet not a power strip. If the problem continues please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.
WC 6655 goes into low-power sleep mode and cannot be brought out of sleep mode. When I try to print to it, the driver reports that it cannot contact the printer. If I physically press buttons on the printer, nothing happens - the printer does not exit sleep mode. When it gets into this state, the only way to wake it up is to power it off and then on again.
