744-248 in DC131/NVM Read/Write is 0.

DC330 fuser motor does not run until i stop it it runes for 1 sec,

Hi,

04-563 does not exist in service manual. 

For 310-527 try to see and eventually reset to zero (if is not 0) 744-248 in DC131/NVM Read/Write.

You said that you have replaced the main motor so  check again all the plugs on the motor and on the PWB's.

The fuser motor checked in DC330 must run until you stop it.

Otherwise it is possible to have a bad MCU PWB.

Hello.I have a problem with a WC 7220 with the fuser.

I get error codes 04-563-00,10-527-00 and 310.330.00.

I have changed the main motor.I have reset the fuser counter,i did reload software with alt boot and forced upgrade.And also i get on dispaly a *fuser system error*.

Also on diag mode on dC330 [010-001] , i can hear the fuser noise for about 1-2 sec and then it stops.
