Hi,
From what I know it must have max. 8GB, FAT 32 formated, but you can try yours USB thumb drive, you have nothing to lose.

The HDD should be minimum 80GB, NTFS formated. I never use it a SSD but I heard that it works also.
And you must reload software by AltBoot method.
Hi,
You can use any SATA drive above 80gb.

Our WC 7845 is stuck in a constant reboot loop. When you turn on green screen comes up, several seconds later it reboots and starts over again. Never completely boots up. From what I have read online this appears to be hard drive failure.
My question is will any SATA 2.5" hard drive work? Or does it have to be an exact replacement?
Thanks in advance for everyones help. With whats going on right now, and the downturn in business its causing, we are forced to pinch pennies and try and fix this issue in house.
