Hi,

There is a problem with Printer PWB (that one with the network port on it). Try to disconnect and reconnect the Printer PWB and DIMM's and if this not solve the issue it means the Printer PWB is defective.

Printer with direct ethernet connection to laptop not responding. Reset printer and now have display indicating "please reboot" and 116-380, as well as, Interrupt flashing. i have searched the internet to instruct me how to reboot and have found nothing on the error code. need help.
