WC5890 Finisher Main Tray Not Available, Please move obstructuions

Originally the dominant fault code was 311-461, but a list of codes that have popped up are 311-024, 311-462 and 311-463. 

 

Other codes, but I do not feel that they are part of this problem. 362-476, 305-966, 310-109, 381-101, 393-380, 381-180. These cods have not occurred since early December.

 

I measure 24VDC from J111 and 112 on the HVF Control Board.  I have only measured 5VDC from the front interlocks and I have replaced. I replaced the Bin1 upper limit sensors (transmit and receive), because I could not get them to change states.  I changed the ejector assembly.  I am currently ordering a HVF Control Board.  Is there something that I should be looking at?
