I have. That's how I did the firmware upgrade. It did update the firmware, but the finisher has the same issue.

Have you tried an Altboot?

I just got a WC7545 to replace my old one. The machine physically recognizes the maker, as it sends paper to the trays after printing. But when installing drivers and accessing online via Centreware, the finisher doesn't even appear. When copying from the machine, it allows me to staple. But I cannot fold or hole punch. Conf. report states that there is no folder or hole puncher.

I initialized all components and reset. I also did 616-014 _ 2... Still the same thing... Machine will do everything except fold and print and I can't get the driver to recognize the finisher. I also updated the firmware to WorkCentre_7500-system-sw#06112122418803#.

Please help!!!
