341.391 is a finisher communication fault. You will need a tech to check it out. It could be anything from a broken wire to a finisher power supply.

Hello - Can someone tell me what Fault Codes 341.391.00 and 303.332 refer to with respect to the 7835?  We've encountered both, had an issue where a user was trying to print but nothing was coming out. I've tried searching for the fault codes in the Online Support, but they do not show up. We're running a WC 7835 with SS 072.010.145.13291.
