I have seen these situations when paper has gotten stuck inside the printer and interferes with the module's connections. I would suggest that you remover the fuser and look inside for any debris near the wire connections.You can also review the WorkCentre Pro 65 Support site for other possible solutions.

The WCP 65 keeps asking me to slightly remove the fuser and reseat it firmly. I have done this several time and also replaced the fuser with a new fuser, and still have the same issue.
