Hi JDYoung,
Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please take a look at the support page for the WNA-100 and see if any of the information there will help with your issue. If not please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.
I have multiple WNA-100 adapters with (2) different firmware versions CTB-1.12 (2007.01.11) and BXA-3.02 (2010.11.15). To connect these devices to our wireless network I am using a Hidden SSID, WPA2 encryption and a PSK. When configuring any of the WNA-100's using firmware versions CTB-1.12 (2007.01.11) I get an authentication error and the WNA-100's using the newer firmware version connect without error.
In a test environment I configured a wireless router with a hidden SSID and the same PSK "T@homa!P$K" and I was unable to connect. I changed the PSK to "tahomapsk" and was able to connect. It appears to be bug in older firmware version.
Does anyone know of a work around or where I can download an updated version of the firmware? Changing the PSK is not an option.
