Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please take a look at the solutions for the error code 09-545 fault code. Make sure you have cleaned the transfer scorotrons. If this does not help please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.
on 3 of our 6 WC 5740's i'm seeing the error message "09-545 The machine's toner gas gauge is disabled" and the toner levels are showing at 0%. i've checked and changed the toner, power cycled the systems, removed the toner and ran prints till the reserve was empty, checked settings on the control panel and via Centreware and XDA-lite (identical results). i have not flashed a firmware update yet but that's my next step. Any sugestions? We do have 2 great local Xerox techs in our area but i usually want to exhaust every option before calling them.
