I have a DocuCentre S2320 my company bought secondhand, and the web configuration interface is locked. We do not have the password for it, and we wanted to setup the address book to use the scan direct to pc feature.
default usernames and passwords didn't work, and so far i haven't been able to find any documents regarding resetting the CentreWare piece. The closest i can find is a DocuCentre SC2020 guide, which mentions resetting via hardware menu. I didn't find any of that menu there, and another mentioned poking for 20seconds in the network modem part. I didn't find any reset button for the modem, or maybe i haven't found it.
Any solutions for this topic?
