What is solution for error: 07,010.43:34496 / Xerox 8500/8550

Product Name: Phaser 8500/8550
Operating System: Windows 10 x64

It's old, but I love this solid color printer. I rarely turn it off. I was gone a few days and returned to find find printer cycling flashing lights: green, amber, red... Error code is 07.010.43:34496.

There was a power failure while I was gone and as a result the printer did not shut down properly. Can anyone help describe the error code and a possible solution to start printing again?
