Re: What should I expect to see in CenterWare when I clone a WorkCentre 3345?

I guess I wasn't very clear. I >followed< that exact procedure.

What didn't happen - what I expected to happen - was that the settings would appear in the new device.

Short of calling in support, does anyone else have any idea?

Hello KahmL,

I searched the Knowledgebase and found this information on cloning - hoping something in here may help answer your question.

Thanks,

What should I expect to see in CenterWare when I clone a WorkCentre 3345?

Product Name: WorkCentre 3335/3345
Operating System: Windows 10 x64

I had an existing WorkCentre 3345.

I logged into CenterWare as admin and cloned the settings to a DLM file

With a replacement WorkCentre 3345 - that had the SAME software settings - I installed the DLM file.

Nothing in terms of ANY settings were created on the new device.

What >should< have been copied over?

Thanks!
