Wifi setup on C505

Operating System: Windows 10 x64

Hi Guys,

We recently bought a new C505 All-In-One. We purchased a wifi adapter for the printer. When setting up the printer, it does not pick up the signal of our router between the available wifi networks. In addition, laptops and mobile phones used for work see the router's wifi signal and have internet on it. The printer also sees wifi signals from all routers in the area. This prevents the printer from being installed. The Hungarian professional service is not helpful, it is only willing to help solve the problem in paid repairs. We can't decide if the device is faulty or we are doing something wrong with the setup. Thank you for your help.
