Re: Wireless Solution for WC 7535

Thanks a lot KK-NJ!

Of course it's not necessary at all to contact a Xerox Dealer getting a solution in that case!!!

I have purchased a "TP-Link TL-WR802N" for little money. The Installation/Connection with my WC 7535 was a little tricky, but now it works like a charm.

Re: Wireless Solution for WC 7535

Hi Peter,

There is no specific adapter available for the WC75xx series to turn it wireless.  You will need to use a budget router that also supports client mode so it can be set up to connect to an existing wireless network and pass on that connection to wired devices (printer).

For all intents and purposes, the printer will think its connected to the network via ethernet.

Wireless Solution for WC 7535

Product Name: WorkCentre 7525/7530/7535/7545/7556
Operating System: Not Specified

Hi all,

I want to change my WC 7535 from Printing/Scanning over Ethernet to WLAN.

After searching for a long time finally I found the Xerox Wireless Network Adapter Kit, Number 497k11500.

Can I use this Adapter or is there no way to get it running?

The WC has the Firmware 062.121.001.24900.

Many thanks!

Peter
