Won't Print!

Product Name: DocuCentre SC2020
Operating System: Windows 11

Hi guys,

I have a Docucentre SC2020 that I'm trying to print to.  It worked fine with my old computer but after a catastropic hardware failure I'm struggling to get it to do anything with my new system.
I downloaded the x64 driver from here: https://www.support.xerox.com/en-za/product/docucentre-sc2020/downloads?platform=win10x64&language=e... 
It seems to have installed just fine and I can get to the console just fine from typing the IP address into my computer browser.  
The problem is that it simply won't print anything.  Even a test page comes up with status "Printer Busy or Error" within the windows document print manager

All help is appreciated!
