Hi Hopefully someone can help, I have a Xerox WorkCentre 3655X That is new, I did not buy it new I purchased it from somone. But still had protective plastics and stuff inside and out. With network cable plugged in The unit powers on but gets stuck in the start up screen and goes no further, Eventually shuts down. With the network Cable unplugged the unit powers on and operates great prints out the test page nicely. When the uint is on and operating correctly I plug in the network cable and it freezes the machine/Sometimes it doesnt but still wont work. computer wont pick it up and It tells me my network cable is not plugged in. Sounds like it needs updated or something? What do i do?
