Work Centre 5638

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

Does anyone know how to stop the 5638 from staying in the Self Testing and upgrading on the printer.  That is all that is doing on my printer.  We turned it off over the weekend and when we turned it back on that is all it has been doing since Monday.  Please help ASAP
