Work Centre 6015 rear door issue

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

Hi everybody,

 

I buyed new WorkCenter 6015 machine and installed it through supported software CD. When I print each paper the message "Open the rear door and close to continue" display. When I did that the paper printed, but the message display again for each print order.

 

Any help!
